Responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for all customer inquiries. Produce new business relationships while continuing to build current customer accounts Report on the status of customer accounts Monitor sales Increase sales and profitability Devise suggestions on how to improve sales with customers Working closely with other employees in sales and related departments to complete customers’ requests in a timely manner. Maintain all customer account activities
Requirements:
Experience in the construction industry Strong and effective communication skills Excellent organizational skills Prove track record of increasing sales Proficient computer skills Must obtain a valid driver’s license.
